During my recent stay in Denver, I encountered a hotel that successfully merges traditional with modern features. The room provided conveniences like a safe and desk, along with a phone for free local calls. However, the presence of customer service agents for assistance seemed lacking, a gap I noticed when dealing with a rude receptionist during a late-night shuttle mishap. The accommodation showcased a mix of traditional and modern decor, but an overpowering scent in the hallway and issues with the room's lighting detracted from the overall experience. The bathroom, with its outdated wallpaper and mold issues, left much to be desired. The lack of prompt and helpful customer service upon our delayed arrival further diminished my impression of the establishment.In conclusion, the hotel's combination of traditional elements with modern amenities has potential, but improvements in customer service and room maintenance are necessary to elevate the overall guest experience.
